lucy101 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "lucy101", "we", "us", "our" refers to the lucy101 platform and its operating entity, which owns and operates the website located at https://lucy101.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the lucy101 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the lucy101 platform.
• "Platform" means the lucy101 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated software or applications through which gaming and betting services are made available.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or credited as winnings that are available for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits issued by lucy101 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to a Bonus Balance that must be fulfilled through eligible gameplay before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, which includes the submission of identity documents such as a valid CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency used for all Account balances and transactions on the lucy101 platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a formal request by a Player to restrict access to their Account for a specified or indefinite period as a responsible gaming measure.

By accessing the lucy101 platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your Account.

lucy101 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms are available in English. Where translations are provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on lucy101, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the lucy101 platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of lucy101 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the lucy101 platform or any platform operated by a related entity.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the lucy101 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

lucy101 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your lucy101 Account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawal requests submitted, and communications sent from your Account, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you personally or by any other person with access to your credentials.

You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your Account, or use any automated system, bot, or software to access the platform.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lucy101 immediately via the 24/7 live chat function. lucy101 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

lucy101 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on any Account at any time, including but not limited to requests for documentary proof of identity, source of funds, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

lucy101 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and approved cryptocurrency wallets. All transactions are denominated and settled in PKR unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Real Money Balance within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are credited within one to four hours depending on the originating institution's processing times. lucy101 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts will receive JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five to fifteen minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. lucy101 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal above PKR 50,000.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 500
• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment instruments not registered in your name are strictly prohibited.

lucy101 is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing that arise from technical issues at third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers. We will communicate any known processing delays via the live chat function and platform notifications.

lucy101 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the point of offer. The general rules set out in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, poker, and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution schedule for each promotion will be published alongside the offer.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a Bonus Balance is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per wager. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from the Account upon expiry without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: lucy101 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structured betting to exploit wagering requirements, and the use of arbitrage strategies to profit from promotional credits.

lucy101 does not apply retroactive changes to bonus conditions after a player has accepted an offer and begun wagering in good faith. If we identify an error in the stated terms of a promotion, we will notify affected players and offer them the option to withdraw any Real Money Balance accumulated prior to the correction.

All sports betting markets, casino games, poker rooms, and live dealer tables on the lucy101 platform are governed by game-specific rules that are published within each game or betting market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or market.

Sportsbook: All cricket, football, UFC, and other sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body. In the event of abandonment, postponement, or rescheduling of a sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with lucy101's published sportsbook rules for the relevant sport. PSL and international cricket fixtures are settled on official match results as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the International Cricket Council, as applicable.

Casino Games: The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game is published within the game information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term payout rate and are not a guarantee of individual session results. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness.

Void Bets: lucy101 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in pricing or odds has occurred, where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms, or where integrity concerns regarding the relevant sporting event have been identified by our trading team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucy101 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account closed and their balance forfeited. lucy101 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or make gaming decisions on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Providing false identity information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with any sporting event offered on the lucy101 sportsbook.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward lucy101 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account or accessing the platform through a third party's credentials.

All content on the lucy101 platform — including but not limited to the lucy101 brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, data, and compilations — is the exclusive property of lucy101 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of lucy101.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to lucy101 regarding the platform may be used by lucy101 without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucy101 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

lucy101's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lucy101 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

lucy101 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player or their payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• The Player's request to close their Account under the self-exclusion programme.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons that are not attributable to player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting the lucy101 support team via live chat. Voluntary Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

lucy101 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that empower players to stay in control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed through the Account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The restriction cannot be lifted before the selected period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Request indefinite exclusion from the lucy101 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing communications from lucy101. To reactivate an Account after a self-exclusion, a mandatory 6-month waiting period applies, after which a formal reactivation request must be submitted with supporting documentation.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your CNIC details, contact information, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. This data is not sold to third-party marketing organisations.

lucy101 retains transaction records and KYC documentation for a minimum period of five years from the date of Account closure, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.

You have the right to request access to the personal data that lucy101 holds about you. Such requests should be submitted in writing to the support team. We will respond to all verified data access requests within 30 days.

lucy101 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — lucy101 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or through a platform notification displayed upon login.

For minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — notice may be provided with immediate effect by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the lucy101 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your Account. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lucy101 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and lucy101, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team via live chat or by writing to the email address provided in Section 16. lucy101 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent lucy101 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

lucy101 does not participate in alternative dispute resolution schemes beyond its internal complaints process at this time. Where our licensing authority operates a player dispute resolution mechanism, that mechanism will be made available to eligible players in accordance with licensing conditions.
